After some low calorie snacking ideas to get you through the day??
Here are some of my favourites!
> Cruskits/Corn Thins w/ Avo & Tuna
> Cruskits/Corn Thins w/ Avo, Vegemite & Egg
> Cruskits/Corn thins w/ low fat cream cheese
> Cruskits/Corn Thins w/ laughing cow cheese
> Cruskits/Corn Thins w/ Vegemite
> Cruskits/Corn Thins w/ 100% Jam
(Basically Cruskits/Corn Thins with anything okay - haahah)
> Celery & low fat cream cheese
> Carrot & PB2 mixed with water
> No fat vanilla yoghurt with berries
> Chobani yoghurt. Add fruit and or protein powder
> Berries are super low cal. Have them frozen and they taste like lollies
> Egg whites cook in microwave or stove top
(Sweet: add cinnamon, syrup, protein powder, berries)
(Savoury: add no sugar added bbq sauce & spices)
> Plain popcorn (You can buy mini packets from Coles & Woolies!)
> Protein Bars - Maxine Burn Bars are my go to!
> Protein Chips - Quest Nutrition can be found at your local supp stores
> Protein Powders - Add water and have a shake. This is guaranteed to keep you full.
> Salads - high volume - low cal! Cos lettuce & chinese cabbage are basically 0 cal it's crazy!
Add things such as tinned beans, corn, tuna, cucmber, celery, capsicum, tomatoes, onion, laughing cow cheese, parmesan (parmesan is great!)
> Laughing cow cheese just by itself
> 0 cal / 0 sugar soft drinks/sports drinks - in moderation these are completely OK!
> Tins of springwater tuna - YUM
> Cauliflower rice - need i say more.. best volume food!
> Zoats or Zoodles! Add greated zucchini to oats to make them double in volume OR use a spirilizer to make your zucchini into noodles - You will save yourself a load of calories!
I really could go on but you get the point..
There are tonnes of low cal snacks you can have throughout the day to keep you going!
