I have since changed from clean eating to the flexible dieting approach where i track my macros and everything in moderation!! I am no longer a strict clean eater with no balance. This doesn't mean I eat junk food 24/7 but i have no food restrictions & my relationship with food is a good one now. I simply have a more relaxed view with my eating and am more.. well.. flexible! I am a strict dieter but I am not restricted.
So far I am 38kgs down and I am never going back! Healthy eating & leading an active life isn't just a fad for me; it is a lifestyle... it is my lifestyle. Join me & lets change the relationship between you & food - it's not the enemy!
